Our Summer Social and a lovely article about our Cafe in this week’s Woman’s Way magazine…

August saw the arrival of our second summer social and the weather was certainly much better than last year.

We had a lovely evening, great music (thanks Karen) and great songs (thanks Noel). It was wonderful to see everyone joining in and now that we have the words to a lot of the songs, hopefully we will be hearing your voices more regularly!

There was also a lovely article about our Cafe in this week’s Woman’s Way magazine.

How to find us

We are 25 minutes from Dublin City. From there follow the N4/N7/M50 signs, continue to follow N4. At junction 2, after the Spa Hotel, exit towards Leixlip / Celbridge (R148), turn right and head towards Leixlip village. When you come to the set of traffic lights in the village, take a right up Captains Hill. Go to the top of the hill, on the left you will see a red brick church, take the left turn before the church on to Distillery lane. You will find us at the bottom of the steep hill on the left. Reception is sign-posted and situated to the left after the 3rd speed bump. Parking is available to the right at the back of the building.
